Route Signage Set Up
Date(s): July 25, August 15, August 23 or September 6
Location: along routes
Time: afternoon
Description: Put up the route signs on posts along the route.
Special Considerations: Your own vehicle for July 25 and August 15 is an asset. A bike and back pack is needed for August 23 or September 6. Physical labour is involved.

Route Signage Take Down
Date(s): July 27, August 17, August 24, September 7
Location: along routes
Time: daytime
Description: Take down the route signs from posts along the route.
Special Considerations: Your own vehicle for July 27 and August 17 is an asset. A bike and back pack is needed for August 24 or September 7. Physical labour is involved.

Site Set Up
Date: August 15, August 23 or September 6
Location: Brampton Fair Grounds, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: daytime
Description: Assisting in unloading trucks, putting up tents, setting up fences and banners.
Special Considerations: Physical labour is involved.

Site Takedown
Date: August 16, August 24 or September 7
Location: Brampton Fair Grounds, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: afternoon
Description: Assisting in loading trucks, taking down tents, taking down fences and banners, collecting and disposing of garbage.
Special Considerations: Physical labour is involved.

Early Check In
Date: August 23
Location: Brock University
Time: 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Description: Receive participant’s donations, give out rider information, distribute tshirts and club prizes or greet and give directions.
Special Considerations: Some check in volunteers will be seated at all times.

Check In
Date: August 16, August 24 or September 7
Location: Brampton Fairgrounds, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: 6:30 am to 9:00 am
Description: Receive participant’s donations, give out rider information, distribute tshirts and club prizes or greet and give directions.
Special Considerations: Some check in volunteers will be seated at all times.

Checkpoint
Date: July 26, July 27, August 16, August 17, August 24, September 7
Location: various locations along routes
Time: daytime
Description: Cut fruit, display beverages and greet riders as they arrive
Special Considerations: Bring your own lawn chair. Some standing required.

Finish Line
Date: July 26, July 27, August 16, August 17, August 24 or September 7
Location: University of Western Ontario, Port Blake, University of Waterloo, Brampton Fairgrounds, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: Daytime
Description: Stand or sit at finish line to cheer on cyclists.
Special Considerations: Rain or shine outdoors.

Logistics
Date: July 26, July 27, August 16, August 17, August 24 or September 7
Location: along the route
Time: all day
Description: Ride along the route with our logistic truck drivers and assist in dropping off and picking up supplies at checkpoints.
Special Considerations: Physical labour is involved.

Parking
Date: July 26, August 16, August 24 or September 7
Location: Port Blake, Brampton Fairgrounds, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: 6:30 am to 8:30 am
Description: Direct traffic to parking spots.
Special Considerations: Standing outside rain or shine.

Photographer
Date: August 16, August 17, August 24 or September 7
Location: along routes
Time: all day
Description: Taking pictures of cyclists at start, along route and at finish.
Special Considerations: Must have own transportation, equipment and rights to all pictures to be used on MS Society marketing materials.

Support and Gear Drivers
Date: August 16, August 17, August 24 or September 7
Location: along route
Time: 8 am to 4pm
Description: Drive with a partner along the route and pick up cyclists who need transportation.
Special Considerations: Must have a valid drivers license (vehicle supplied). Must be a certified First Aider (or take First Aid training through the MS Society of Canada on specific date).

Scrambler and Silent Auction
Date: August 16, August 24 or September 7
Location: University of Waterloo, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: afternoon
Description: Set up donated items for cyclists to see. Answer questions and encourage cyclists to participate.
Special Considerations: Mostly standing.

Breakfast
Date: July 26, August 16, August 24 or September 7
Location: Port Blake, Brampton Fairgrounds, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: 6:00 am to 9:00 am
Description: Cut fruit and bagels, display beverages and greet riders as they arrive
Special Considerations: Standing required.

BBQ
Date: July 27, August 17, August 24 or September 7
Location: Port Blake, Brampton Fairgrounds, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: afternoon
Description: Prepare sausages and hamburgers for cyclists.
Special Considerations: Mostly standing.

Welcome Station
Date: August 16
Location: University of Waterloo
Time: afternoon
Description: Cut fruit, display beverages and greet riders as they arrive
Special Considerations: Mostly standing.

T-Shirt Distribution
Date: August 16
Location: University of Waterloo
Time: afternoon
Description: Give out T-Shirts to cyclists.
Special Considerations: Mostly standing.

Gift Bag Distribution
Date: August 17, August 24 or September 7
Location: Brampton Fairgrounds, Kings Bridge Park (Niagara), Centennial Park (Toronto)
Time: 10 am to 3 pm
Description: handing out gift bags to riders as they arrive.
Special Considerations: Mostly standing.
