Tour Lengths: 30 km or 55 km
Start Time: 9:30am
Start Location: Centennial Park, Etobicoke

This Tour is perfect for the whole family. Beginning and finishing at Centennial Park in Etobicoke, cycle along scenic bike trails and city streets before returning to the park for a barbecue lunch. What a great way to end the summer!
The Tour includes check points every 10 – 15 KM stocked with water and Gatorade and lunch at the halfway point. Support vehicles, bicycle repair shops and experienced cyclists are on route to provide first aid and basic bike repair services.
The event registration fee is $20 (until June 30) and cyclists must raise a minimum of $250 in pledges to ride.
Beyond Cycling
Start Line – Getting Ready to Roll

The first group of cyclists will leave at 9:30am with everyone on route by 10:00am |

We’ll get your day off to a good start with coffee/tea and a variety of nutritious breakfast foods |

Volunteers will be on hand to collect pledges and answer any questions |

Meet up with your team members and get to know other cyclists |
| • |
Get pumped for your ride with our on-site DJ |
| • |
Last minute bicycle repair will be available |
| • |
Staff and Tour leaders will provide route maps and everything you need to know for a smooth and fun-filled day |

Choose either the 30 kilometre or 55 kilometre route |
| • |
Cyclists will leave the start line in groups of 50, accompanied by a tour leader who will provide support along the route |
Rest Stops Along the Route – Go at Your Own Pace

Rest stops are provided every 10 to 15 kilometres, complete with food, beverages, and portable toilets |
| • |
Volunteers will be at each rest stop to provide support |
| • |
Many rest stops also feature bicycle repair and first aid personnel |
Finish Line – You Did It!

Cross the finish line to the fanfare of our volunteer cheering squad |

Refuel with beverages and snacks |
| • |
Soothe your muscles with a well-deserved massage |

Enjoy a finish line barbecue and the satisfaction of having cycled to end MS! |
