The RONA MS Bike Tour is pleased to let everyone know that three of Winnipeg's finest bike shops are now supporting both the Pembina Valley Challenge and the Biking to the Viking rides.
Woodcock Cycle, Olympia Cycle & Ski (Portage Avenue location) and Bikes & Beyond are ready to roll and help you get geared up and well-trained so you can enjoy the ride to its fullest. Below is a list of free upcoming training rides to choose from.

Fridays at 6:00 p.m.
Sundays at 9:00 a.m. Meet at South Perimeter and St. Mary's Road. It will be a 2+ hour ride.
