Get ready to celebrate 20 years of Biking to the Viking! Planning is already underway for the 2009 RONA MS Biking to the Viking and we have put in the order for sunny skies, NO WIND and tons of fun!
With all of the support and friendly faces that the RONA MS Bike Tour is famous for, you can't help but have an amazing weekend as you ride through the interlake; every inch bringing us closer to ending MS!

Important: Age Restriction: For the safety of our cyclists, we have implemented a minimum age restriction. Participants must be 10 years of age or older by tour date to take part in the tour.Children between the ages of 10 and 17 MUST have a participating adult over the age of 18 responsible for them at all times while on the route. We thank you for your cooperation with this change
Other important
information:
- The 2009 20/20/20 Blitz has begun. Register for the 20th anniversary ride before the 20th of February and only pay $20!

Regular registration is $40 per participant.
- Riders must raise and submit a minimum of $250 in pledges before riding in the tour.
- All money raised supports research into the cause and cure for multiple sclerosis and funds valuable services and programs for Manitobans living with MS.
- If you must withdraw from the tour, we regret, but your registration fee is non-refundable and non-receiptable.
Services

- luggage transportation from Stonewall to Gimli and back
- rest stops along the route with nutritious and delicious snacks and drinks
- safety vehicles keeping an eye on you during the ride
- bike repair vehicles just in case
- first aid attendants on call at all times during the tour
- poker derby
- massage therapy at the Gimli Recreational Center “Tent City” or Quarry Park Physio in Gimli
- a social with full supper and entertainment on Saturday night, music and dancing to celebrate 20 years of riding to end MS!
- Sunday morning breakfast
- helpful volunteers and staff at every point along the tour
- official RONA MS Bike Tour T-cyclist sport shirt for all riders (given at check-in)
- terrific team prizes and team captain rally fundraising incentives
Mmm! Mmm! MASSAGE! This year, massage therapy will once again be offered by Quarry Physiotherapy in the Lighthouse Mall in Gimli. Drop in or call ahead for an appointment: 204 - 642-5353 OR opt for on-the-spot treatment provided by Quarry Physio at the Gimli Recreational Center “Tent City”.
