Fraser Valley Grape Escape Accommodations
You will need to book and pay for your accommodation by calling the Sandman Hotel, Langley at 1-800-726-3626. Give the code Group #:197803.
Rates* at the Sandman Hotel in Langley:
- $84 single room with 1 King or Queen Bed (up to 2 people in room)
- $94 Double room with 2 Beds (up to 4 people in the room)
- $109 Deluxe King Corporate Room ( King sized bed up to 2 ppl in the room)
- $149 Executive One bedroom Suite (1 queen bed in a separate room and queen sofa bed in living room & convenience in room kitchen)
* Taxes not included.
Payment may be collected at the time your room is booked OR on the weekend of the event.
Please note that a credit card will be required to guarantee the room upon reservation.
Room cancellation policy: minimum one week notice or cancellation fee may be in effect.
Room types are based on availability at time of booking. Room changes can be made until April 30, 2010. Changes after April 30 will be based on availability.
Riding on your own? Single riders have the option to book a room with another single participant if interested. If you would like to be paired up with another rider, please contact Eilesha Hall at eilesha.hall@mssociety.ca
