The MS Society reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
All pledges and prize requests MUST be received by the
MS Society within two weeks after event. Rewards are not cumulative except for those in red on the Reward Chart.
Reward Donation Option
Opt out of a reward and receive a tax receipt for 10% of the funds you raise. This directs more money towards MS research, programs and services. Opting out of rewards can be done on event day when you submit your pledges.

Introducing the MS Bike Tour of Champions!
The MS Bike Tour of Champions is an opportunity to experience firsthand the worldwide movement to end MS with other top fundraisers.
MS Riders who raise $10,000 or more can choose as a reward to attend Jack Daniel's "Bike to Jack and Back" Bike MS, a National Multiple Sclerosis Society event in Franklin, TN in place of gift card incentive prizes. This is NOT a vacation and it is important to share with your donors and fellow MS riders the high degree of personal time and resources you have committed to fundraising for the MS Society of Canada. Your fundraising levels will be determined by the amount raised from November 1, 2009 through June 20, 2010 (for Fraser Valley Grape Escape Riders) and November 1, 2009 through August 22, 2010 (for Vancouver Scenic City Tour Riders) and your participation in the MS Bike Tour of Champions would occur in 2011.
Champions will attend Jack Daniel's "Bike to Jack and Back" Bike MS, September 2011 in Franklin, Tennessee
What will be provided for the MS Rider?
- Booking of economy flights and hotels for one
- 1 staff member support
- Registration for the Jack Daniel's "Bike to Jack and Back" Bike MS
- Return flight
- Shipping of bicycle
- Shared accommodation with another cyclist Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Dinner Friday, dinner Saturday and dinner Sunday ($25/person limit)
- Transportation from airport to accommodation and back
What is the MS Rider's responsibility?
• Crating bicycle
• Transportation to and from local airport
• Cost if you do not want to share accommodations
• Breakfasts and snack food
• Arrangement of any assistance required during the weekend i.e. personal assistance or care taker.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I stay extra days at the destination?
Yes. When booking your trip you will notify the MS Society as to what days you would like to fly in and out of the destination however the booking and expense of hotels for extra nights will be the responsibility of the participant.
Are there any special expectations of me at the event?
You are attending the event as an ambassador of the RONA MS Bike Tour and attending the Jack Daniel's "Bike to Jack and Back" Bike MS is mandatory. We want you to enjoy your experience and experience a larger movement to end MS. Occasionally participants have been involved in opening/closing ceremonies and press coverage. This is dependant on the size of the event, the wishes of the participant and availability of local staff. You do not have to fundraise for this event – this is a reward.
When do I have to decide if I am taking this as my prize?
Your decision will be the same as all other prize deadlines. You must indicate whether you choose this prize, the gift card option or a tax receipt within two weeks after the event. ONLY one can be chosen.
